Just keep buffing that ragequit option until your peace can encompass mad people everywhere. (Then get a group offer at a really good Indian restaurant to fix up your guts?)

Jeff Lindsay stole the serial killer from inachu in 1997 and Jeff never compensated inachu at all.
Expect a court date set and watch Jeff Lindsay go insane and out of control for stealing someone elses character. I think also punative damages are in order.

Japanese executives state clearly that their technology-transfer contracts with China were done on condition that their technology is for use exclusively within China

And,they suspect such a contractual obligation is supported by the Chinese government’s policies. Now China is determined to sell high-speed trains in the growing global railway market, including the U.S.,Saudi Arabia and Brazil.China has claimed that it has created its own technology, but Japanese and German high-speed train producers feel otherwise. They believe that most of the Chinese bullet trains in service today are almost exactly the same as foreign partners’ trains.

As many U.S.and Europe-based companies expand their business into Asia, they are becoming increasingly concerned about how they should deal with China and the Chinese market.Contrary to Chinese officials’promise to strictly crack down on the infringement, the situationinvolving intellectual property has been getting more serious.According to American companies operating in China,it is common that they are forced to disclose their technology when making contracts with local companies.

Agreed. What these corporations are making money from, is the production of copies, not intellectual property. Intellectual property is a red herring intended to shift the focus away from what this is actually about.

Making copies is no longer something only corporations are able to do. Anyone can do it at home now and that killed the market for simple copies. Those who fight against “piracy” are for all intents and purposes Luddites fighting against new technology.

The damage thus caused to the German economy is huge and cannot be assessed. The German Patent Office was closed by the Allies and not reopened for several years. When it did reopen, the first number assigned was 800,001, indicating that some 800,000 original patents had been looted by the Allies. The landing on the moon one of Americas greatest triumphs wouldn’t be possible without German technology which too was stolen. That was 24 years after the war that indicates they still draw on this theft

Isn’t that nice?Americans complaining about patent theft? You US Guys have a very vague recollection you seems to forget what you have stolen in Germany after the war.In fact US faced a new depression after the war the US Economy that was Quantität not Quality i know it’s hard to imagine nowadays but German products were mostly superior to US products. They not just stole our cutting edge technology they even forbade GErman inventors to exploit their own inventions in order to cover the theft

At around 51:00 they start their lies.. If the FDA are so protecting us from unsafe drugs then why are people still having problems with FDA approved drugs? Lawsuits are all over the place.. Shouldn’t the individual be suing the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and NOT the pharmaceutical manufacturer of the drug? After all the FDA exists so those suits will never happen.. Use common sense people.. These are charlatans up there.. END THE FDA

You can’t “steal” intellectual property, any more than you can download a car.
It doesn’t make any logical sense to say that.
In order for theft to have occurred, some party must have been deprived of some measurable asset.
Not just are pirates not decreasing the supply of content, they’re increasing the supply.
