I live in MD, so it’d be a 4hr+ trip to get there…but I think I want to
do that one day. The best Char Siu I’ve ever had was in China. It came in a
plate with sauce all over it. I was very skeptical at first, but omg…that
was the best I’ve ever had. My brother and I finished a plate and then
ordered another. Then 1 more to go. There’s no where around here that could
even come close to measuring up to it.

Lastly, how can they charge so little?! Great find.´╗┐

    meat. Im so jealous now.. ;_;
He probably gave you a lot because you’re promoting their stalls haha.

I’m a American born Chinese that lives in NYC. That is the worst store in
NYC. Yes, it is cheap. Yes, they give you alot but the quality of the meats
is bad. It isn’t cheap because it is small. It is cheap because it is bad
    quality meat. ´╗┐

pretty shitty siu yuk, way too fat.

They gave you the crappy cuts, you need the rib area to get the most tender
and delicious meat without all the fat.´╗┐

    hi mike,
enjoyed your video SO much. however, was traveling and visited chinatown
in toronto. forgot the street, but little shop had a large sign
proclaiming ‘Best Char Siu in NORTH America’….I walked in, a little
perturbed and told the guy “I come from Los Angeles where we have some
great BBQ shops. How can you make a statement like that?” He asked,
“Would you like to try some?”….I shrugged my shoulders, said “yeah, I
guess so”…so he gave me a couple of pieces. After finishing it, he asked
“What do you think?”….I told him, ‘You can keep the sign up”!…..tender,
juicy, tasty, not fatty, but flavor and texture amazing. Thank you again
for a great video that celebrates a great BBQ shop’s delicacies.´╗┐

    larger amount…..korean is bad….´╗┐
