ingredients 3/4 pounds of flank steak, 2 cups of broccoli, 1/2 cup of shitake mushrooms, 1/2 pound of carrots, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 tsp of ginger, 1 tsp of brown sugar, 2 tsp of cooking wine, 1/2 tsp of rice vinegar ,2 tsp of oyster sauce, 2 tsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp of corn starch mixed with some 2 oz of cold water, 1/4 tsp of sesame oil.
