Pineapple Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients: 1 and 1/2 cups pineapple chunks 1 red bell pepper 1 orange bell pepper OR 1 or 2 green bell peppers 1 bunch of green onions cut into 2″ lengths 2 tablespoons ginger or 1 teaspoon dried ginger 1 tablespoon garlic or 1 teaspoon dried garlic 1 and 1/2 teaspoons dried chili flakes 1 chicken breast 1/4 pound smoked sausage OR you can use 2 chicken breasts Sauce: 1/3 cup chicken broth 2 tablespoons vinegar 2 or 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons sugar… white, brown or palm 2 Tablespoons oyster sauce 1 T cornstarch

How to make stir fry tofu with vegetables

ingredients 12 oz of firm tofu, 1/2 cup of snap peas, 1/2 cup of celery, 1/2 cup of mushrooms, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 cup of green peppers, 1/2 cup of tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tsp of cooking wine, 3-4 tsp of light sodium soy sauce, 1/3 tsp of sesame oil, 4 oz of water or vegetable stock, 2 tsp of corn starch mixed with 2 oz of water. how to make beef and broccoli stir fry

ingredients 3/4 pounds of flank steak, 2 cups of broccoli, 1/2 cup of shitake mushrooms, 1/2 pound of carrots, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 tsp of ginger, 1 tsp of brown sugar, 2 tsp of cooking wine, 1/2 tsp of rice vinegar ,2 tsp of oyster sauce, 2 tsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp of corn starch mixed with some 2 oz of cold water, 1/4 tsp of sesame oil.
