Steamed Broccoli Recipe – Healthy Vegan Recipes On Video

Recipe: This lightly steamed broccoli recipe softens the flavor but maintains the nutrients. Broccoli helps to regulate insulin and blood sugar, and as a dark green vegetable has a decent amount of calcium, so it’s a great addition to our healthy vegan recipes. Pair it with calcium-rich sesame seeds for nutrition, flavor and a beautiful color contrast.

Thank you for this video! I’ve been wanting to add kale to my diet, and I already LOVE Quinoa! Also, bamboo is amazing. And sustainable! Great job! 🙂

This video just waisted nearly ten minutes of my life, which I will never get back…
Fermentation makes things healthier? I don’t thinnk so. As for 4:20 … FAIL! Broccoli doesn’t “want to excape”, you just failed to mix it propperly.

hey thanks ….i thought you should do it like that =) ..and i washed the quinoa like that but since it’s so tiny and some of it swims on top of the water and so by pouring off the water i would pour a good amount of quinoa away… i don’t know it’s kind of hard with quinoa ………do you ise a strainer ?? because i don’t do that maybe that’s what i do wrong ( sorry if i spelled something wrong ) thank you…..looking forward to your upcoming videos =)
