    Dear Ochikeron-san,
What are the differences in types of miso? I’m using red miso, but I see that there are other kinds of miso at the supermarket too. 🙂

Finally cooked this dish yesterday. For me both the miso and toban jiang combination is too salty and miso overpower the dish. I personally think that for taste wise, the meat goes very well with the sauce rather than vegetables and the sesame oil brings the dish together. Overall it’s a great dish still, my parents enjoys it. Thanks !

yes. a combination of ground beef and/or pork and/or veil mixed with rice and rolled up in cabbage placed into a large pan and covered with tomato sauce.

I’ll try making miso one day but I’m not a big fan of it. Miso is high in sodium and too salty for me. >_<

hehe i hope she makes them for you. but i really want people to try out her miso. it was amazing!!! but it is delicate and doesn’t contain any preservatives, so might not for overseas shipping X(
