Sorry it took me so long to get back…

It came out wonderfully and was a hit.

I used safflower oil to fry the beef in a pot. (cuts out fat and doesn’t add as heavy a flavor as peanut oil) I julienned carrots AND celery. When I stir-fried I used sesame seed oil. (adds a bit of bite)

In the sauce I substituted dark brown sugar for the cane sugar…

As I said: it got a great reception. Thank You, again, for the basics to work off of. 🙂

Thank You… I’ve been looking for this recipe a long time now. You made it easy to see what needs to be done.

I will be making this tonight. I have all the ingredients and can’t wait. I’m sure it will be delicious, I have my own twists to put on it – but could not do it without your excellent presentation on the basic steps and ingredients.

Wrong again, quotation marks apply to specific words written or spoken by a person. They do not necessarily apply to sayings made by the general public. Simply Google my sentence ( As they say : ignorance is bliss ) and see for yourself. BTW, this will be my last free English lesson. You’re on your own now.Good luck.

Speaking of being grammatically incorrect, if they say it then your ignorance is bliss should be in quotation marks. I just thought you should know since you’re pretending to know everything about the language.

Thank you for you EXTREMELY USELESS message. As you can see from her response to me that she recognized the problem and had changed it in more recent videos. I was only trying to help her. She does a very good job.
