    good info…but for those of us in need of healthier alternatives to the cholesterol found in the yolk, this works…but the other way does taste richer…peace…

    The whole cholesterol in eggs being bad for you thing is a myth, just eat them with the yolk. If you want healthy just poach the egg instead of frying. Use a low-fat cheese (or none eat it at all). Nothing beats a fried egg sandwich. Although I find myself loving a killer Omelette sandwich!
