Armando Justo: “Cross-Cultural-Fusion-Recipe with Japanese ingredients” in Fancy Food Show 2012-JRO

9 local experienced chefs in San Francisco (French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese and American) were invited to create original recipes using Japanese ingredients. They accomplished original Cross-Cultural-Fusion-Recipes that realize new flavor and taste. Their incredible dishes were shown in the live cooking demonstration at the JRO (Japanese Restaurants Abroad) booth of Fancy Food Show 2012 held in San Francisco (2012 Jan. 15-17).
